Ingredients
- 1 Porterhouse Steak (2-inch thick or 2 to 2-1/2 lb)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- coarse salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
- Set grids at highest level and preheat grill to medium-high setting.
- Pat the steak dry with a paper towel, rub with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Place steak on hot grill.
