Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks (8 oz each)
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients except paprika in a glass baking dish.
