Ingredients
- 6 large pork loin chops (1 to 1-1/2 lb)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 (12 oz) can beer at room temperature
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp grated ginger root (fresh is best)
Preparation
- Combine soy sauce, beer, brown sugar and ginger into a sealable bag, mixing ingredients well.
- Place chops in plastic bag with marinade and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
- Remove chops from marinade.
Cooking
- Set grill grids at low position. Preheat grill to high.
- Remove chops from marinade and grill to desired doneness.
- Grill for approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side, turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160° to 170°F.
