Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beer
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup vinegar (apple cider or red wine)
- 5 tbsp catsup
- 3 tbsp corn oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne red pepper
- 1/2 tsp liquid smoke seasonings (optional)
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine ingredients, heat and mix. Using a brush or mop, apply to meat before and during the grilling or slow cooking process.
