Ingredients
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of ketchup
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine ingredients, heat and mix. Using a brush or mop, apply to meat before and during the grilling or slow cooking process.
