Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1-1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (sesame oil preferred)
Preparation
- Mix teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and oil in a large, sealable plastic bag.
- Place chicken breasts in bag, seal bag, and shake to coat.
- Refrigerator overnight, turning several times.
Cooking
- Set grids at medium or high. Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from bag and grill, discard remaining marinade.
- Grill for 6 to 8 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
- Serve with salad and vegetables of choice.
