Ingredients 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning 1/4 cup sugar 1/8 cup paprika 1 tbsp basil 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp coarse black pepper 1 tbsp lemon pepper 1 tsp red pepper   Preparation Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. To use: rub mixture on beef, chicken, pork or seafood

Prime Rib Rub

Ingredients 1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper 1 tbsp cinnamon 2 tbsp coarse salt 2 tsp ground thyme 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Preparation Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. To use: rub mixture on prime rib at least 15 minutes before cooking.
