Combine soy sauce, beer, brown sugar and ginger into a sealable bag, mixing ingredients well. Place chops in plastic bag with marinade and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade.
Set grill grids at low position. Preheat grill to high. Remove chops from marinade and grill to desired doneness. Grill for approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side, turning occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160° to 170°F.
